★ Ink features:
1. Single-liquid low temperature baking type;
2. Low odor, good gloss, smooth and bright surface;
3. It has good chemical resistance and alcohol resistance, and has excellent adhesion and covering power on glass and metal;
4. It has excellent flexibility and can provide good post-processing for metal products.
★ Scope of application:
It is specially used for screen printing of glass and various metal products of household appliances such as refrigerator/freezer doors and microwave oven panels.
★Safety Standard:
Passed the EU ROHS environmental protection standard test, passed the European regulation EN71-PART3 test.

Butanone-resistant pure MEK solvent, wipe with cotton cloth 30 times without bottom
Acid resistance Soak in 5% H2SO4 aqueous solution for 24 hours, no abnormality
Alkali resistance Soaked in 5% NaOH aqueous solution for 24 hours, no abnormality
Weather resistance 400W UV lamp, 30CM distance, irradiated for 48 hours △E≤3.0, no change
[Test conditions] This test was conducted using white ink on a tempered refrigerator glass door.
Screen: 300 mesh screen, film thickness 25µm; single-cut printing; forced drying at 170ºC×30 minutes.
[Test method] The printed and dried samples were cooled and tested directly.

Shelf life:
2 years from the date of production, after opening, it is recommended to use as soon as possible.
